MMMmmmm! I will never buy Goodfellas or Dominos again. I mixed some passata with a little sun-dried tomato pesto and extra virgin olive oil, spooned over the base, then a good sprinkling of grated mozzerella, added chorizo, cherry tomato, feta cheese and fresh basil, and a good sprinkling of black pepper.

There’s always at least two of your bases in our freezer. Recently tried using green pesto instead of passata as the base sauce. As well as mozzarella, topping was blobs of goats cheese, chopped sunblush tomatoes, chorizo, and chilli flakes. Great combo

Hi! I bought your pizza bases last week in Superquinn Ballinteer having read the article in the Irish Times magazine. I worked as a chef for 20 years and would always make my own pizza bases for my kids favourite treat, my standards are high!! However I was so impressed by yours that I’ve just bought another pack and it wont be the last. Really excellent! Thanks for giving a busy mum with high standards a break!

I will never buy a frozen or take away pizza again! Your fantastic bases make every Friday pizza night in our house. We can make a delicious pizza and salad in half the time it would take to get one delivered and they are so much healthier and cheaper. Its the closest thing I can get to real Italian pizza at home!

I bought your pizzas last night and made two gorgeous dinners for my husband and me. Gave the left-overs to our 8 month old this morning and she gobbled it up!
